Learn to dye wool in a hands-on workshop for all levels of experience. Take home a notebook of instructions, samples, and recipes.  Try a variety of techniques with your favorite colors and the Color Grid from Kangaroo Dyer.

Fee: $275.00 per person includes dye notebook with instructions, samples, and dye kit (3 pkg dye & measuring tools).  Bring 4 ounces of white or light-colored wool, silk, or alpaca yarn to dye or purchase undyed wool skeins or roving here.

We will:

• Mix stock solution using Cushings Dyes
• Experiment with various methods including multi-colors, parking meter for long skein, ball injection, roving in a jar, and more.
• Go home with yarn samples and the recipes.
