Lodging and meals provided at A Wrinkle In Thyme Farm, leaving you plenty of time to become absorbed in several felting projects, either needle felting or wet felting. \u00a0Jen Bell will teach 3D needle felting sheep or mice. \u00a0Donna Murphy will teach wet felting a hat. \u00a0Participate in one of these classes, or bring ideas for your own felting creation. \u00a0The farm store is full of inspiration and materials, and we will share our skills. \u00a0Meet the lambs that grow the wool we use to felt. $250 for the weekend, with a $40 deposit required to hold your place. \u00a0Come just for one of the classes, or for the whole weekend.<\/p>\n

Great for beginners as well as inspiration for seasoned felters!\u00a0Make a Thyme Tile, start to finish, or bring your own project. We will be working on a ladyslipper flower in May, and a hummingbird in June. Bring your tools or use ours. \u00a0Please let us know if you are planning to attend. $30 includes fiber materials.<\/p>\n

You are invited to join us for the day and potluck lunch. \u00a0Learn about fleece evaluation at the skirting table\u00a0or help in the barn with the animals.<\/p>\n

Natural Dyeing Workshop\"\"<\/h1>\n

Learn to dye wool with plants, including indigo, marigolds, and madder root. \u00a0$45 for the day – bring 4-6 oz of your own natural fiber to dye, or purchase some in the farm store. \u00a0Bring a bag lunch. \u00a0Register here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Knitters Field Trip<\/h1>\n

We will go to the New Aim Fiber Mill in Waldoboro, lunch at Morse’s Sauerkraut & European Deli, and explore knitting shops along the coast. \u00a0Email or call for carpooling information. \u00a0All are welcome.<\/p>\n
